Tax depreciation reports
Tax depreciation reports start from $500 + GST for suitable Melbourne or Sydney virtual or desktop reports.
Melbourne metropolitan physical inspection reports start from $700 + GST where a site visit is needed. Sydney
physical inspections are not currently offered. Standard turnaround is currently 7 days after required
property information, documents, and inspection inputs are received.
Report contents and workflow
Reports can include Division 40 plant and equipment schedules, Division 43 capital works deductions, Prime Cost
and Diminishing Value summaries, annual depreciation tables, and an appendix of calculation inputs. The
workflow supports document collection, payment status, consultant review, approval, accountant handoff, and
final report release.
